Kaare has been with Dexcom for almost 10 years, during which time Dexcom has experienced rapid growth in a continuously evolving business landscape. As head of Dexcom’s intellectual property group, Kaare oversees such activities as patent procurement, IP risk mitigation, and IP litigation.
Yan Leychkis
Sr. Director, Global Intellectual Property at Illumina
Yan provides strategic advice to the management on a variety of IP issues including portfolio development, domestic and foreign patent prosecution, freedom-to-operate and patentability assessments, invalidity and non-infringement opinions and due diligence. He also manages in-house IP attorneys and paralegals and directs external work by numerous outside counsels.
