Speaker Bio
Ben represents clients in all types of high-stakes intellectual property and competition disputes, with a focus on patent and trade secret litigation. Ben understands that every case, big or small, is an important case and takes the time to understand his clients’ goals, businesses, and technology.
Ben is a client focused advocate with experience working on computing, electronics, and medical device litigations, as well as copyright, trademark, and competition cases. Ben also assists representing clients before the Patent Office in inter partes reviews and ex parte reexaminations and helps guide clients between district court litigations and these parallel proceedings. Ben also has experience with antitrust matters, particularly in the healthcare and consumer electronics field.
