Below is a map showing the Fish office and the office parking garage.

As shown by the red arrows, you can enter the Fish parking garage by entering One Paseo from (1) the stoplight on Del Mar Heights Road; (2) the stoplight on El Camino Real, or (3) a right turn off of southbound El Camino Real at the south end of the One Paseo complex.

  • Please pull a ticket at the parking garage. When you arrive to the Fish office, reception will validate the parking ticket for you.
  • After you park, follow the sidewalk over to the Fish building (the blue path on the map below). Fish is in the building that is the shorter and smaller of the two buildings. 
  • Take the elevator to the 4th floor.

Speaker Bios

Alex Gelberg is an accomplished patent litigator and adviser who helps his clients protect their innovations in U.S. district and appellate courts across the country, the U.S. International Trade Commission, and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Known for the tech-savvy, detailed-oriented approach he brings to all his matters, as well for his ability to approach complex issues in a clear-headed, logical manner, Alex endeavors to provide strategic, thorough counsel that equips his clients to make informed decisions.

Clients turn to Tim Rawson for his broad-based experience resolving IP disputes in District Court, before the Federal Circuit, and at the International Trade Commission. He is particularly known for his work in the high-tech and consumer product industries, his insights on patent damages, and his in-depth knowledge of IP appeals.

Tim developed his litigation skills and legal knowledge early in his career through a series of high-level clerkships and internships, and he draws upon his experience in the Federal Circuit to help his clients effectively prepare their case in IP appeals. Prior to joining Fish, he served as a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Jimmie V. Reyna in the Federal Circuit, an experience that provided a keen insight into effective appellate briefing and argument. Tim also clerked for the Hon. K. Nicole Mitchell and served as judicial intern for the Hon. John D. Love, both of the Eastern District of Texas. He has extensive experience in litigating cases and going to trial in the Eastern District of Texas, Central District of California, and the Southern District of California.
