Andrei Iancu will discuss the RAI Project and the factors that make for a highly competitive, innovation-based society that will help restore and maintain the United States’ status as the world’s foremost center of innovation. Mr. Iancu is co-founder of the RAI Project at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. Previously, he served as undersecretary of commerce for intellectual property and director of the USPTO.
The SDIPLA is looking forward to restarting in-person meetings this fall. The Board is monitoring CDC recommendations. We will have an outdoor reception with food/drinks from 6:00 – 6:30 pm where masks will be optional. The 6:30 pm presentation will be indoors, and we will ask attendees to wear masks during the presentation.
