Speaker Bios
Matt Ferry has more than a decade of experience in structuring, drafting, negotiating, and executing strategic transactions where intellectual property (IP), technology, data, and information assets drive the deal. Matt is passionate about and focuses his practice on assisting innovative companies in industries where the betterment of people’s lives and the world is in view, including in the broader life sciences and technology areas.
John Lanham has represented clients in the pharmaceutical, financial, communications, information technology, natural resources, and healthcare industries. John regularly assists clients with all phases of litigation, including development of case strategy, dispositive motions, claim construction, fact discovery, expert discovery, trial preparation, alternative dispute resolution, and taking and defending the depositions of both fact and expert witnesses.
Matt Stephens has experience across a range of IP matters, including patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation in district court, the Federal Circuit, and before the International Trade Commission. Outside of the courtroom, he advises clients on IP protection and how to avoid litigation. He has advised clients across a diverse mix of fields, including medical device, telehealth, drones, cellular technologies, financial technologies, and data software.
