Please join us for an engaging presentation of strategies and tactics for navigating the expanding Daubert minefield in calculating damages in patent litigation.  Daubert motions to exclude expert testimony on patent damages are now the norm, and they are being granted at an increasing rate.  The Federal Circuit continues to issue opinions that directly address the reliability and admissibility of expert testimony.  And, to be sure, reliable damages testimony is often critical to successful litigation outcomes.

Happy hour with libations and heavy appetizers will be 6:00-7:00 p.m., followed by the presentation 7:00-8:00 p.m.
