Please join us for a panel presentation from three judges for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.  The panelists will share their insights into the Court’s management of IP cases following the expiration of the patent pilot program, observations from the bench in recent IP matters, Magistrate judges’ responsibilities in IP litigation, as well as an introduction and perspective from the newest magistrate judge in the Southern District.  Background information for the presenting judges is available on the SDIPLA website.
